Who have I helped...

Over the last 7 months of my life, I have seen and experienced tremendous growth in my life. Alejandra has lead, connected, and engaged with my deep traumas in order for me to be able to do the hard and serious heart practices.

At 68 I am never to old to be a better human. To heal in places in my soul that continue to trigger everyday life, and let the past be gone in a way that does not consume me. Alejandra has a way through her love, compassion, empathy and her giftedness to be a healer. I am forever grateful no matter how hard the work is and my feelings of fear about facing it. My life, heart, and mind are moving forward. I have deep admiration and love for her strength.
